REVIEW OF MISS SUKI’S LEVEL 1 ROTATING BELL CLASS

Sound Healing (Chữa lành bằng âm thanh với chuông xoay) Level 1 Course with Teacher Suki – Review

The Sound Healing (Chữa lành bằng âm thanh với chuông xoay) Level 1 class with Teacher Suki, Siam Reiki/Peaceful Life instructor, at the November 2024 Fire Ceremony in Thailand concluded over a week ago, but I’ve only just had time to write and share my experience. Since everyone has their own perspective and evaluation based on their knowledge and experience, this review reflects my personal thoughts.

My Background:

  • I am a practitioner of Quantum Hypnosis, Siam Reiki Master, and have translated many courses for Peaceful Life/Siam Reiki.

  • I have a small amount of knowledge and experience with sound healing, particularly with Tibetan and Himalaya bells, knowing only how to hold and strike them.

Teacher Suki’s Background:

  • Trained in hypnosis, psychology, Doctor of Buddhist Studies, teacher of Siam Reiki, Sound Healing, and Card Reading.

  • She blends a wealth of knowledge and experience into her courses. Those familiar with sound healing know that there are two main systems: Tibetan bells and the Vedic/Himalayan bells. Teacher Suki’s class focused on the Tibetan system, though much of the knowledge can be applied to the Himalaya system as well.

What I Liked About This Course:

1.In-depth Explanation of Brainwave States, Vibrations, and Frequencies

For those who are new to healing practices, these theories might not seem important at first. When I translated the Siam Reiki Level 1 course, Teacher Steve often spoke about these topics, but many students just nodded off. However, those who already understand these concepts and have practical experience will find this information incredibly useful and valuable. It provides a solid foundation for all healing practices like Sound Healing, Reiki, meditation, hypnosis, and more, and can even be applied in daily life. Most of us don’t know how to actively change our brainwave states, which causes a lot of health problems. Many people are aware of these concepts in theory but have never experienced them. Many students love to ask teachers about what they’ve read in books, but with enough practice, these questions answer themselves. Therefore, if you’re planning to learn for fun, this knowledge may not be critical. However, if you want to become truly skilled, don’t overlook this knowledge and make sure to EXPERIENCE IT FIRSTHAND.

2.The Subtlety of the Practitioner

I really appreciate how Teacher Suki pays attention to the smallest details when guiding students in practice. This shows that she has a lot of experience in healing and has excellent self-management skills. Sound healing with bells is a practice rooted in mindfulness. Every movement of the mind or emotion from the practitioner is reflected in the sound of the bell and affects the client. Today, many teachers teach sound healing, and students often have personal preferences for their teachers. For me, experience, subtlety, and the ability to manage oneself are among the key criteria for choosing a teacher for this practice.

3. The Integration of Reiki Energy Techniques with Sound Healing Bells at the Highest Level

I have written a lot about the different types of energy and energy tools that one must experience for long enough to recognize their differences. However, from the outside, it’s difficult to understand. For example, a Siam Reiki session with crystals has a different energy compared to a session where the crystal has been charged with Reiki energy; or a session where the aura and chakras are cleansed and balanced using sound healing techniques with bells differs from using clairvoyance techniques. In this course, sound healing with bells accounts for about 70-80% of the technique, with the rest being Reiki energy techniques.

The integration of Reiki energy techniques at the highest level ensures that during one hour of therapy, the client receives the maximum benefits.

  • Many people who self-learn Reiki, take Reiki classes online, or receive Reiki attunements but aren’t properly trained, mistakenly believe they can use Reiki symbols freely from the internet to activate energy. They don’t realize that their energy is insufficient to activate these symbols, so drawing them is merely for entertainment purposes, like entering the correct safe code but not having the strength to turn the lock. In this case, even if you use Reiki symbols on a healing bell, it remains purely symbolic.

  • Even if you’ve received proper Reiki attunements and know how to connect with Reiki during sound healing therapy, there are still many levels of application, depending on your level in Siam Reiki.

A Simple Example:

  • A person who hasn’t learned Siam Reiki or is unfamiliar with energy, using a healing bell during therapy may identify areas of the body with problems by listening to the sound changes, vibrations, or resonance when the bell is placed or moved on the client’s body. However, they may not necessarily know exactly what the problem is and may use templates to deal with it.

  • A Siam Reiki Level 1 student can first clean and charge the bell with Reiki energy. They can communicate simply with their guides and intuitively know how to use the bell, rather than strictly following a template.

  • A Siam Reiki Level 2 student would naturally do better than a Level 1 student and go deeper into understanding the client’s issues. It’s not just about a blocked chakra, but understanding what caused the blockage, when it started, etc.

  • A Siam Reiki Master can perform much better than a Level 2 student. For example, a Reiki Master can stand several meters away from a client and still know which chakra is blocked and use the bell from a distance to clear it. Teacher Steve can even identify which blockage is occurring on the therapy table while casually eating bread in the corner of the room. If he were to use the bell, many students would experience rapid breakthroughs. Fortunately, all Siam Reiki Masters trained by Teacher Steve can eventually develop this ability.

The Difference in Effectiveness Between a Standard Sound Healing Session and One Combined with Reiki:

Teacher Suki explained that in a regular sound healing session, the client feels good during the therapy, while in a session combining sound healing with Reiki, the client feels better for many days afterward. This has been proven by an admin who was used as a “body” for practice in the class. Teacher Suki demonstrated a few techniques on the admin’s body in just 10-15 minutes, and the admin cried uncontrollably from afternoon to evening, releasing years of accumulated blockages.

Summary:

If you’re new to this and are fortunate enough to take this course, congratulations on starting with a class that has very high standards compared to the general level. It opens many doors for you to explore and grow further. If you have already studied Siam Reiki, DPA, or Peaceful Life’s Aura Reading courses (especially if you are a Level 2 or Master Siam Reiki student), this is a new horizon for mastering the tools you already have, creatively combining them, and working in your own unique way.
