A Very Interesting Reiki Session About the Heart Chakra and Solar Plexus Chakra
Before starting the direct Reiki session, the client asked me to focus on the heart chakra area. As soon as I touched the heart chakra, I immediately felt something “strange.” The energy in this area felt like a floating cloud, extending from the heart chakra, about 20cm away from the body. You can imagine it like a mushroom with a wide cap, floating, but with a tiny and fragile stem. The issue here was to pull all of that cloud-like energy back into the heart chakra.
I kept my hand there for a few minutes, but the sensation was so unusual, and I couldn’t understand the cause of it—what had happened to make it this way? I couldn’t determine whether it was an emotional or mental block. So, I described what I was feeling to her. It turned out that she had a deep fear of traveling on the road. Once, she witnessed two cars nearly collide in front of her, and her heart skipped a beat. Since then, if she doesn’t pay attention, her breath becomes shallow and she occasionally feels like she’s running out of air. It seemed that the cloud-like energy was a fragment of energy that had been pushed out during that experience.
Next, I guided her to pull the cloud-like energy back into the heart chakra and wrap it around the heart chakra. (I won’t share the exact process, as in each Siam Reiki session, the Guides offer different guidance, so it’s not a one-size-fits-all formula.)
There’s more to this session that’s quite interesting.
At the solar plexus chakra (Chakra 3), when I placed my hands there, the energy felt “shaky,” just like the saying “scared like a rabbit.” She shared that when she was young, she had several traffic accidents where she thought she was going to die but managed to survive. Since then, she has developed a deep fear of the road and always worries excessively about her family members’ travel.
When moving to her knees and legs, the energy here was also very amusing. It felt like a person was moving on a motorcycle (not walking), but neither the legs nor the tires were truly touching the ground; instead, they were gliding above the surface of the road. So, I guided her to anchor her energy firmly into the earth, like a banyan tree with two large trunks.
When I finished, she stayed lying on the bed for a long time because the grounded energy felt incredibly soothing. She still felt the energy surrounding her legs, even though I had removed my hands long ago. She also mentioned that at the heart area, she felt like the wound had healed and was starting to form new skin. It was truly wonderful.
