WHEN TO HEAL

In the past, when practicing quantum hypnosis, one of the questions I often asked clients was, “Why do you want to have a hypnosis session?” I didn’t expect the subject to have a significant life event, as long as they were genuinely serious and came with a pure intention from within, rather than out of hasty urgency or other ego-driven expectations. I would also tell people, if you’re still happy with your life, then just enjoy it. Observing and acknowledging yourself to correct yourself in everyday life is already a form of healing. The intense pursuit of “healing” or “spiritual practice” as a trend, or the pressure to “heal” yourself, can ironically make you “less healed,” easily drawn into superficial glitter and causing more problems for yourself and your family.

However, since I began practicing Siam Reiki more frequently and could sense everything on a more subtle level, like when I first touched someone’s body and felt their emotions pouring out like a stream, the blockages became visible in the energy field. My perspective shifted. It turns out that due to each person’s varying capacity for awareness and different habits, some people only realize they’ve been unwell after reaching a very low point. Naturally, nothing becomes “suddenly” unwell; like someone “suddenly developing a serious illness,” “suddenly becoming a different person,” or a couple “suddenly breaking up after being fine.” In reality, the people involved had likely sensed something was wrong long before everything erupted and became clear.

Moreover, there are events from the past that, over time, the mind forgets, but they still have a subtle impact on the individual. Sometimes this impact is a belief, a distorted attitude that hasn’t had the chance to be exposed. Other times, it could be emotions that weren’t understood or impulsive, uncontrolled behaviors. Later, all these things are labeled beautifully as “my personality/my perspective/I am like this/this is my fate,” so they are accepted and indulged.

Therefore, in my opinion, we shouldn’t wait for life to have a few big issues before we reflect. We should take better care of ourselves right from the start. Below are some signs that aren’t too hard to recognize, and when you begin to notice them more frequently, it’s time to seek help. For example, come see me ^^

  • Sighing deeply several times a day, a few days a week =))

  • Not seeing your teeth anymore… because you smile too little =))

  • Food doesn’t taste good, money doesn’t matter anymore…

  • A cold heart, constantly in a defensive posture =))

  • Pillow often wet, blanket doesn’t feel warm, suspiciously high consumption of tissues

  • Tossing and turning to fall asleep; or sleeping too much and not wanting to get up; when you do wake up, you feel dazed =))

  • Thinking in circles like “dark forces are ruining my life” =))

  • Rambling on, saying “If only, I knew, I should’ve…”

  • Always saying “I’m so busy… so much pressure…” ^^

  • Not knowing where you’re going and not wanting to go home…

  • Not finding your loved ones’ faces cute anymore…

  • Asking for advice everywhere, especially if you’ve been asking for years but still come back to the same issues =)))

  • Especially ladies, suddenly cutting your hair, changing your body, wearing sexy clothes, and starting to preach =)))

  • Adding too many bitter spices into your personal essay on life and humanity =))

This list is probably long enough. I hope that after reading this post, everyone will pay more attention to their mental and emotional health. If you’ve been noticing many of the signs above, send me a message today to book a Siam Reiki session! =)))
