HAND HOLDING IN THE NIGHT

A past-life regression experience, meeting the spiritual teacher, a lifetime experience for both the hypnotist and the subject :’)

That day, I had to arrange a direct session in the evening because I couldn’t do it during the day. The subject had done a session the week before, but she was blocked by a “heavy” feeling inside her that prevented her from moving forward. The second time, everything went much smoother, even though she had fallen asleep within twenty minutes after I said just a few words.

Around 11 PM, I led her to meet her spiritual teacher. I told her, “This teacher is within you, your own being at a deeper, wiser, and clearer level. The essence is formless, but you can still visualize the teacher in some form to make it easier for your mind to accept.” The teacher appeared as a man, sitting cross-legged, bare-chested, with his eyes closed, meditating, seemingly indifferent to her presence. When she asked him about her current life, he replied, “I’ve already said everything there is to say.”

Then, suddenly, she felt the teacher grab her hand tightly, and she couldn’t move. She whispered to me, “Sister, I can’t move, my whole body is stiff. The upper part of my body is being held down so heavily, while my lower body feels like it’s floating, almost like sleep paralysis.”

I tried every method I knew to help her feel more at ease, but nothing changed. She remained stiff, and continued to whisper, uncomfortable. After a few seconds, I said, “Calm down. This is your teacher, the one who has committed to loving you unconditionally. Everything they do must have a reason. Take a deep breath and ask them why they are holding your hand so tightly.” After a few more seconds, she spoke: “He says it’s because I don’t listen. I’m too stubborn. He tells me one thing, but I always do the opposite.” She laughed… and at that moment, he released her hand, and her body was able to move again easily.

Does this story sound familiar to you? Hihi. This is what happens when our inner self constantly tries to remind us, signaling to us, but we keep doing the opposite of what we truly want. Over time, this creates an internal and external conflict, a fierce struggle where we don’t know who we are or what we truly want. I often joke, “Do you like to fight? Do you like to struggle? Ok, the universe will make sure you have plenty of struggle and fight, until you get so tired of it that you can’t anymore, keke.” Perhaps the subject was so used to struggling that her teacher had to give her a lifetime lesson to stop being so stubborn with herself. ^^

When you “live truly” with yourself, everything flows naturally. But what does it mean to live truly with yourself? That’s a question that requires many pages of answers and many life experiences. It’s okay, just take your time and it will all fall into place.

Adding from the perspective of a hypnotherapist, many subjects come to hypnosis in a state of fear—fear of “this or that” ^^. My answer is always calm down, your true essence is far beyond what you think of as yourself (come on, you are a child of the divine/ the universe, after all), so take a breath, there is always a way. ^^
