The subject of the hypnosis session is a woman in her 40s. She has two children, one of whom has autism, an unstable job, and is almost financially dependent on her husband. She has studied many things with the intention of helping her disadvantaged child, but in reality, her other child has received more love and attention from her. The financial pressure on her husband has led him to view the things she learns and does as pointless, and this has caused him to lose respect for her, which hurts her. She, in turn, has lost trust in herself, as she feels she has put in a lot of effort but nothing has been fully realized. She has many fears and is haunted by a dark future for her family.

The session with her was very interesting because she directly communicated with a council of spiritual teachers (whom she calls “they”). It was a state similar to telepathy, where she could not see them or know who they were, but she knew there were many teachers. Occasionally, they would “unveil” certain past lives for her to see. She felt like she was flying through many layers of light, reaching lighter levels to converse with them, and then reversing the time-space continuum to return to the present reality.
