SOMETHINGS THAT YOU KNOW BUT STILL CAN’T LET GO, AND QUANTUM HYPNOSIS CAN HELP YOU UNRAVEL THESE ATTACHMENTS.

THE FIRST STORY

A young woman was struggling with her business. Covid had put her in a difficult position, and she was torn between two choices: continue her current work despite the increased maintenance costs and the time spent worrying without solving anything, or give up, though she regretted all the time, effort, and money she had invested. She felt she had lost faith in herself and guilty towards her family and those who had helped her.

Her life had been peaceful from childhood to adulthood until a bad person maliciously set fire to her family’s house. Everything burned down, but luckily, they were all safe.

From what remained, they built an even larger and more beautiful house, and even turned it into a popular restaurant.

Her subconscious was so insightful, showing her that even after the house burned down, she rebuilt it bigger and better than before. So, what’s the big deal with letting go of something in the present?

Opportunities come, and if you miss one, there will be others. But money lost is truly lost. Not being able to let go is just because of my own stubbornness.

THE SECOND STORY

This is a hypnosis session conducted online with a male subject who is living abroad. My first impression of him was that he is a person who thinks and calculates a lot, not easily open, and perhaps because of that, his face lacks a sense of ease, and his laughter didn’t sound genuine. Somehow, he came to know about me and quantum hypnosis, and although skeptical, he wanted to experience it, so he contacted me. He came with a question about frequencies and energy (which I will share in another post), but through our conversation, we realized he had a more significant issue in his current life, and that’s the topic I want to write about today.

He was born and raised in Vietnam in an ordinary family and had the good fortune to study abroad and stay to settle. During his studies, he achieved many accomplishments and was even highly regarded in a field completely different from the one he originally pursued. He was very confident in his analytical skills, business, and investment abilities. However, what had helped him succeed, one day, led to his failure. He said that the failure came from the fact that, although he had planned carefully, he had misjudged people, evaluated his partners wrongly, and was deceived into losing a large sum of money. In hindsight, what he lost was very small compared to what he had gained, but it left a big shock, and he lost all confidence in his own abilities, seeing doubt everywhere. He withdrew into himself and spent too much time dwelling on that failure, even though, rationally, he understood he didn’t need to do that, yet couldn’t escape the obsession.

SCENE ONE

You are in space, it feels like you’re on Saturn, half brown and earthy, half completely dark. The planet rotates very quickly, but there’s something abnormal about it, a bit frightening. When you move towards the surface of the planet, you see storm clouds above, moving at an extremely fast speed, with an unnatural shape, looking like they were created by someone. But below the clouds, there’s calm land and brown rivers, all completely still.

SCENE TWO

You’re still in space, surrounded by many stars, everything feels both strange and familiar, and you don’t know where to go. Looking back, you see yourself as a meteor, a very large black rock, flying rapidly towards the center of the galaxy, but it feels like you’re not moving because the distance is so vast. You feel very free, not as grand or terrifying as the large planets, but you’re not scared or hesitant about them.

You come to the day you were born, and you see yourself as a star. The star explodes, and the result of the explosion is the creation of a meteor. You don’t feel pain from the explosion; instead, you feel suddenly very prominent because the explosion was so massive that it could be seen from everywhere. The explosion created many meteors, scattering in all directions. Afterward, the meteor that is you moves towards the center of the galaxy. It is so bright there that you can’t distinguish the stars from each other. There’s a lot of glowing dust here. On the last day of life, the meteor crashes into another star and ceases to exist.

SCENE THREE

You are on a planet very close to Earth, in a timeline similar to the past. Mars is its satellite. At that time, Mars was light brown, not the red color it has now. This planet has a deeper green color than Earth, looking very much like Earth. The people here have similar shapes to humans on Earth, but they are much taller. The technology is extremely advanced, very developed, but the people here are somewhat aggressive. The environment seems to have been destroyed because there are no trees or animals, only artificial metal structures. When you look back at yourself, you see that you resemble these people, with a more masculine appearance and wearing a black protective suit. Every day, you are present at a complex where many people work. Your job is to ensure the safety of those people and the complex. You don’t have a family. You feel very proud of the important responsibility given to you but also very discouraged because the living environment there is being destroyed. Because of this environment, everyone here has to wear protective suits.

One day, many beams of light shine down from the sky, followed by loud explosions. The ocean seems to be split in two. That was the last image you saw before realizing you were standing in space, sadly watching the planet fall apart. Looking back at yourself, you no longer have a physical body; you have returned to the world of the spirit.

MEETING WITH THE TRUE SELF / SUPERCONSCIOUS

The True Self shows you an image of Saturn with the message: “Many things appear to be one way, but they are not. No matter how it looks on the outside, the inside may be something entirely different.”

Your life as a meteor helps you understand that even though you were just a meteor, you were once a star, and those stars also shattered into small meteors. Looking back at your current life, you realize that no one is above anyone else; it just depends on the moment, and each person will have their own similar or different experiences.

And the life on that destroyed planet says, “What you give is what you will receive, do not hate each other.” In this current life, if you want something good to come to you, do good for others, do no harm, and do not go against your own conscience or that of others.

The True Self advises you to forgive yourself, live with purpose, and be completely honest and sincere. Because without purpose, you won’t know what to do or where to go. If you feel the need to do something, do it right away; don’t worry about the consequences or overthink it.

P.S.: I send this story to everyone, and to myself. I, too, once wondered like the subject, how to see everything deeply to “not be deceived, not get trapped in traps.” But if life is so bad, why do apple trees still bloom? No matter how much we plan, it’s nothing compared to what fate has in store, so we should live passionately. Everything is a cycle of experiences, happening to me now, happening to you later. I choose a good life and do good things. I forgive myself when I fall into things I didn’t want. I let go in my mind, and I am free.
