Quantum Hypnosis and the Inner Teacher: Embracing the Connection Within

Quantum hypnosis is one of the methods that helps you realize your connection with your inner teacher. Instead of seeking an external spiritual teacher, you can feel that there is a teacher within you who is always reminding and loving you unconditionally.

The story shared below isn’t one I experienced directly, but it is worth sharing.

A subject came to me, but they couldn’t enter a hypnotic state because their reasoning was too strong at that moment, blocking all other sensations. I asked if they believed in anyone, and they shook their head. They didn’t believe in gods or deities—not because they didn’t think they existed, but because they didn’t think they had any relevance to them. They didn’t trust their parents or relatives, partly because they had been hurt for so long, and partly because they knew that their family had their own path, and they feared that relying on them would leave them with nothing when they were gone. They didn’t trust themselves either.

The subject said that they were only concerned with other issues, not family matters, although their childhood had not been peaceful, they had accepted it. But the truth wasn’t as they thought. The first scene their Higher Self brought them to was their childhood, reliving the feelings of loneliness and neglect due to the lack of parental care. We ended the session earlier than planned, but they said that because of this, they understood that there was a child within them who had not yet found peace.

Through many other cases, I’ve come to realize that although we (those of us practicing quantum healing) often talk about the Inner Teacher (Higher Self/Superconscious) or Spiritual Guide, people often misunderstand this as an external figure—someone with a name or appearance who deserves respect as a teacher. When asked if they feel a spiritual connection with someone, the most common answers are Buddha, Christ, Guan Yin, various monks, etc., or sometimes no one at all.

This post is to remind you that, in reality, everything is very simple—everything and everyone is within you. All the figures are within you. We are them, and they are us. They exist in higher dimensions of ourselves, enveloping us while also being within us. And truly, they are incredibly close and simple. Your ancestors are also your spiritual teachers. For example, when Vietnamese people say they have a connection with their ancestors or grandparents, this is exactly what it means. Don’t let your mind fall into comparisons of hierarchy and forget that, in truth, we all come from the same tree—The Source. And to remind a leaf of its origin, sometimes it may be the branch, the smaller twig, or the trunk of the tree that speaks. But all of it is part of the same tree, all are one. The leaf cannot see the entire tree, but it can feel the spirit of “ONE” flowing through it when it is still.

I shared in this album a past life regression of a subject with the last name Lê, where the spiritual teacher identified as Lê Hữu Trác—someone who may not be the direct ancestor in a physical sense, but still is an ancestor in a spiritual sense. Recently, another subject encountered their late grandmother and received many messages.

I also shared a recent experience of mine. On the very night I was thinking about ancestors and family lines, I dreamt of my grandfather, who passed away several years ago. I had never dreamt of him before. But in this dream, he sent me a message. He said, “I’ve released the bees, and on their wings are words. You’ve found a few of them, now go find the rest.” When I woke up, I felt both happy and confused. I was happy because it felt like a connection, similar to when I was struggling with the topic of Reincarnation, and then I dreamt about it that night. But the story in the dream was very interesting, as it resembled a scene from Jin Yong’s novel, where Xiao Long Nu carves words onto bees for Yang Guo to find her. Rationally, I could dismiss it as a silly dream, but in a quiet moment, while sitting in the sun and wind, I asked, “What does this mean?” and received the answer from my subconscious: “Journey.” I asked, “Why bees?” and the answer came with joy: “Diligence.” That’s when I realized the subconscious was trying to speak to me. The path ahead is not something that will be immediately clear. It’s a journey, and when you reach one milestone, you will recognize the next one. If you don’t take the step, you’ll never see the next milestone or reach the end. Diligence and perseverance are the ways I need to go. When I understood this, I couldn’t stop smiling the whole day.

I now understand that the image of my grandfather was how my subconscious chose to communicate with me, or how all the higher aspects of myself chose to speak to me at that time. I don’t need to worry about whether the message was conveyed by him or a higher being, I just need to focus on the message itself. The way I shared here is a method by which you can communicate and connect with your subconscious or the spiritual teachers inside you. Many subjects who have meditated or undergone hypnosis sessions have exclaimed, “So that’s how it is!” There’s nothing mystical about it—all the answers are within them.

If you lack trust in yourself or in any unseen or seen spiritual teacher, in times of difficulty or joy, you can pray and ask to be guided by your ancestors. They don’t need anything grand. Just speak from the heart, share, and you will realize the most miraculous things… And of course, if you want to feel more confident before a hypnosis session, you can light incense and pray to your ancestors if you wish.

Blessings to you!
