DEATH

Sharing experiences from healing hypnosis sessions

There is one undeniable truth in the human realm that we often avoid discussing: leaving the physical body—what we define as death. We talk about many things, we dream about the future, but we rarely address the one certainty that we all must face, even though we don’t know when it will come.

In the moment when I realized my true essence, I laughed because one of the first things a child needs to know, learn, and inherit from the previous generation is “philosophy”—philosophy about humanity, the universe, life, and death. This way, they will never carry an invisible fear of death within them. Humanity will stop foolishly creating endless bizarre entertainment that frightens itself, and ghosts will no longer feel misunderstood and maligned. And then, we will live a very different life—no longer racing for meaningless values, but cherishing and creating in every moment. This is the creative freedom in a life that knows we never truly die, that our fears are not real, and that the greatest freedom is the freedom of the mind. It is the awareness that the limits of time, age, and biology in this physical form are a beauty of life, not a sigh of despair. Oh, how foolish we humans are ^^.

When it comes to quantum healing hypnosis, I don’t have a tendency to focus on helping spirits move on. I prefer to work with the living, focusing more on honoring present life. Therefore, I rarely encounter spirits. But occasionally, I meet subjects who want to ask about deceased loved ones, whether recent or distant, or inquire about the souls of unborn children.

Do you think that everything that happens in life is the result of interactions between two or more causes? You love someone, but that person doesn’t love you back, so your love doesn’t have enough power to create a relationship. You get deceived because someone has the cause of greed and dares to act, and you have the cause of desire and ignorance; if you didn’t have that cause, no matter how tempting the bait, you wouldn’t bite. Clouds gather to form rain, and once the rain is gone, the cause of the gathering is no longer there, so the clouds disperse, leaving clear skies. The clouds go to another place and gather again, rain, and then disperse again. This constant coming together and breaking apart is the natural rhythm of life and the universe. The causes don’t disappear; they just transform from one form to another.

Humans are a part of nature, and we follow the same principle. You have the cause of wanting to conceive, but no baby is ready to come; or a baby comes briefly to play and then moves on. Or a baby comes when you are not yet ready, and the lack of harmony to create life is normal. Life itself is present everywhere, surrounding us, and it is us, indestructible, so don’t limit it to just the tiny body moving in the mother’s womb—this is just one manifestation of life that you can perceive with your senses. Similarly, when it comes to parents, spouses, or people you are attached to when they leave, the cause dissipates here to gather elsewhere. A simple example we often joke about is, “We say goodbye here to reunite with ancestors,” not even discussing other reunions.

You can only help a soul move on when they have the cause to wish for it. When you don’t have the ability to perceive the soul, even if you seek a powerful shaman who can communicate with the unseen world, you can’t be fully certain whether your loved one has truly moved on. But it’s like when you’ve eaten enough and know you’re full—you can’t eat anymore. You have another choice: to return to yourself because the soul communicates not through regular language. As long as you are peaceful, they will receive that peace, and in that peace, you will know whether they have left or not. This process requires time and practice, but the realization will come from within, and there will be no more doubt.

Furthermore, ask yourself: Why are you waiting for them? Is it because you feel something is missing, because of regret, because you wish “I had done this, if only I had done that”? Is your unease truly coming from their absence in your life, or is it because you regret the past, wish you had been different in the past, or is it because you haven’t forgiven yourself—the past version of you?

So, think about it—helping a soul move on is ultimately about “forgiving your past self” or “repenting for things you’ve done that weren’t in line with your true desires,” to untangle the cause of attachment within yourself and honor their choice to stay or go.

In my hypnosis sessions, I’ve encountered souls who have died from old age, alone or surrounded by loved ones, from illness or physical injury, or even young souls. They feel the moment death arrives, the effects on their body, and the lightness of leaving their physical form. They sense the sorrow of not accepting death, or the joy of having completed what they needed to do. Usually, I don’t go deep into where they go next, in between lives, but sometimes I’m guided to see them meeting with spiritual guides. Sometimes they choose to stay to watch over the living, to comfort them, and sometimes they choose to return to welcome another loved one who is about to cross over to the world of spirits. They often linger high above, looking down, in a form of youth (even if they passed in old age) or sometimes without a clear form, but everyone knows who they are. Some appear as they were when they passed, like an elderly woman who saw her husband, a soldier killed in battle, coming to escort her—though his head was missing, she knew it was him, and she wasn’t scared; she was happy to reunite. Fewer of them—are souls from their past or future coming to welcome them back, or a soul that has followed them through many lifetimes, like a devoted companion, silently accompanying them, but the relationship is not yet clear.

You see, the moment we leave this body is not as tragic as foolish humans often think. It can be light, comfortable, joyful, celebratory, and full of surprises. Only regrets make it heavy.

Live a complete life—as a preparation for the one certain moment of life. Accept what has passed as it is because it will liberate you and your loved ones. Practice this in this very moment, and you and they will be “liberated” right here, without needing to wait until you say goodbye to the physical body.

Wishing you peace!
