I was welcomed by her (and her cute cat) into a calm space where she sat me down with some nice tea and allowed me to share my reasons for wanting to try this. She talked me through the process and gave me time to prepare myself before the session began. It was a blissful experience and really helped me to relax from start to finish. After the session ended, she provided time for me to ground myself before giving me space to reflect on the experience. I wasn’t rushed out of the house and felt like a welcomed guest.
