GHOST OR DEMON

Past Life Regression and Stories About Spirits or Ghosts

Compared to many of my colleagues in the field of past life regression or quantum hypnosis, I rarely encounter spirits or ghosts, and when I do, they are usually quite gentle, so I don’t have much experience to share on this topic. I’m not sensitive to energy, and I don’t have supernatural sight, so I can only share what I’ve encountered through the hypnosis sessions I’ve conducted.

Here are a few instances that gave me a slight chill.

On one occasion, the female subject had been in the session for about 20 minutes. She saw a house, inside of which was an elderly man wearing white. His shape was unclear, but the feeling was very warm and comforting. Next, she saw a bamboo house that seemed familiar, although she had never encountered it in this life. As she entered the house, she saw a young girl dressed in white, with long black hair flowing down her back, sitting with her back to the door. The subject said, “I feel scared, sister.” I gave her the option to either continue and momentarily ignore the girl, or stop. She chose to stop.

About a week later, before the next session, I told her not to focus too much on appearances. Sometimes these images are just energy blockages within ourselves, and our subconscious presents them in a form we can recognize. So, the image of the girl might just be a way for the subconscious to encode a blockage for the conscious mind to acknowledge, rather than something that’s a spirit. Sure enough, during the week off, she remembered that the bamboo house was where, in the past, when she had painful memories, she imagined it as a place to put all her sad memories, lock the door, and leave them there. That’s why the house seemed familiar to her. Therefore, the image of the girl dressed in white could be seen as representing herself, her inner child. The second session went much better and ended quicker than usual.

A More Intriguing Story of Past Life Regression

In contrast to many colleagues in the field of past life regression or quantum hypnosis, I rarely encounter spirits or ghosts. When I do, they are often quite gentle, and thus, I don’t have much experience to share on this topic. I’m not particularly sensitive to energy, nor do I possess any “third eye” abilities, so I can only share what I’ve personally encountered during the sessions I’ve conducted.

Here’s one that gave me a slight chill:

The female subject had been in the session for about 20 minutes. She saw herself lying beneath clear water, looking through the transparent surface at a lighthouse and a woman standing on the shore, her long black hair flowing and wearing a long white dress. I told her to approach the woman, but she was too scared to look at her face. This woman appeared a few more times throughout the session. At first, the subject was afraid to look at the woman’s face, even though she knew the woman was looking for her character in the story. As the session progressed, the story began to clarify. The subject finally said, “Oh, sister, this woman is me—this is the ‘sad version’ of my character in the story.” She laughed, realizing it.

Another female subject in a past life story witnessed her own life from a third-person perspective. To make it easier for the reader to understand, imagine that you, in this life, are “Miss My,” and in the past life story, you are “Sister Dậu” (first-person). Normally, like in other hypnosis sessions, Miss My would observe Sister Dậu’s life through Sister Dậu’s eyes (first-person) or from Miss My’s mind (third-person). However, this time, the story unfolded in an intriguing way. It wasn’t Miss My observing Sister Dậu, but Sister Dậu from both the past and future observing her present self. Specifically, when Sister Dậu was a child, the observer was her child version; when she got married, the observer was her middle-aged version. Meanwhile, Miss My, the outsider, observed both versions of Sister Dậu. Reflecting on this session, I found it amusing. In fact, if you’ve ever gone to see a fortune teller and were told that a spirit was following you, it could very well be your past or future self, right? ^^

In another case, the subject was a healer who had been told by a spiritual teacher that her soul originated from a demon. She wanted to meet me to get clarity on this. During the session, she herself stated that whether a being is a demon or an angel, both originate from the Source and are essentially the same.

In summary, if you are the subject of a hypnosis session and encounter “scary forms” or even “frightening sensations,” take a few seconds to calm yourself. Remember, you are not the scary feeling, the terrifying thought, or the form you’re perceiving; you are the observer of all of this. Stay calm and follow the guidance of the hypnotist. Even if a thousand-year-old vengeful spirit comes to collect its debt, remember they, too, come from the same Source as you. Perhaps they’re not even interested in you, and it’s you who’s scaring yourself, hehe.
