Past Life Regression as a Forest Fairy and the Message for the Current Life
Please drop a HEART for this post before you read it! Give a HEART to the subject and this story because they truly deserve it ^^
A female subject came to me one very joyful day because she had just quit her job. She had decided to leave a job she had been doing for 10 years, and she said that if she hadn’t made that decision, she would have been sucked back into the old cycle. She had always been very self-conscious from the very beginning, always thinking she wasn’t capable enough, so to compensate, she worked extra hard, spending time away from her family to support her colleagues, and always hoped to be recognized and valued by others. A few years later, when she was promoted to a permanent position at the company and started being “evaluated” as a formal employee, she felt elated, but soon realized that the things others were saying about her were all things she had already known about herself, and yet she hadn’t acknowledged them. When she had to take over the work of a colleague who had transferred, she realized that she could do all of those tasks very smoothly, and she was fully capable. She had taken too long to realize that, to the point where she had no time for her family, and sometimes this had pushed her family into undesirable situations. Consciously, she understood that she didn’t need to wait for others to recognize her; she had to recognize herself first, but unconsciously, she was still stuck in old habits. She came to me seeking advice for her career direction.
So, by now, have you dropped a HEART for us? Hihi, if not, then please do it now! ^^
In that past life, she saw herself as a forest fairy. Her body was like a human but very small, green in color with transparent wings like a dragonfly. There were many other fairies like her. They were all playing and flying together towards an area of the forest with a waterfall, flying along the waterfall. She said they chirped like birds. Then they landed on the shoulder of an old man with a long white beard, wearing white clothes, sitting beside the waterfall.
Of course, I asked her about the life of the fairies, as I’m always curious about this topic ^^. They were born from a tree. She said it seemed like the old man placed something into the buds of flowers, and then the flowers bloomed, and inside was a cocoon, and the fairies would wriggle out of the cocoon. They lived in tree hollows and ate fruit that was about the size of their bodies. When they died, they would crawl back into the cocoon, the flower would close, and eventually wither away. They lived relatively short lives, and it was hard to compare because there were no other creatures to compare to.

Past Life as a Forest Fairy and the Message for the Current Life
When I asked her what the work of the forest fairies was, she said that each of them was born knowing exactly what to do and simply did it—there was no one assigning tasks. Her job was to fly every day to something she described as similar to a well… Upon reflection, I imagined it like the Pensieve in Harry Potter. When looking into that well, the forest fairy, like her, saw images of people on Earth passing by, like swiping through photos on a smartphone. These were people in pain and sorrow. And the fairy’s job was to send something to them, to make them smile, just like when, on a very sad day, there is a fleeting moment of joy with a smile lighting up a beautiful face. When I asked her, “What is that ‘something’?” she replied, “Oh, it’s like sending a heart.” There, the fairy’s work was very simple; every day, she just did that, and she was very happy doing it.
When I asked what the message of that life was for the current life, she said that, in fact, the work of the fairy was incredibly simple. Every day was like the other, yet she never got bored. What the fairies did, those who received it never knew about the fairies’ presence, but the fairy wasn’t troubled by that. She knew she was happy with what she did and didn’t need anyone else to acknowledge it.
Many subjects come to me to ask about career guidance. They often get the same answer: not to worry about what others say, but to be themselves and acknowledge themselves. But they also receive different answers. Some people, who have been leaders in many past lives, are told that their job is just to keep doing what they do, and things will fall into place. Others, who are more specialized, may receive answers like the one in this case: the essence of the work is simple, and whether it’s boring or not depends on themselves. Some people already know exactly what they want and need; the answer is, why ask? They already know everything ^^
I share this so you can understand that knowing and acknowledging oneself is incredibly important, both in work and in other aspects of life. In the workplace, almost everyone is tired of competition, gossip, flattery, seeking recognition from the outside in exchange for something, with many “others do it, so I must too” situations. But deep down, everyone desires sincerity. Please reflect on these experiences and transform them to create a more peaceful and fulfilling life.
Back to this story, it’s wonderful to know that we’re never truly alone. Whether in happiness or in sorrow, there’s always someone, somewhere, sending us wonderful things. As long as we calm ourselves, we will feel that. And sometimes, doing wonderful things, simply knowing it’s enough for ourselves, is all we need.
Thank you, forest fairies.
Thank you, for there’s always someone waiting for me.
Thank you all ^^
