A Case of Severe Chakra Blockages and the Impact of Self-Doubt
The following story comes from a Siam Reiki session with direct hand placement, involving a case of very severe chakra blockages. After this case, I’ve encountered several others with a similar theme of self-doubt, questioning life, and doubting existence, with blockages related to multiple chakras. The longer such a state is left untreated, the worse their condition becomes—not only do they feel unsafe with what they can see, hear, or touch, but the fear of the invisible grows stronger.
From my experience, doubt is one of the most destructive states for mental health, and over time, it will weaken physical health as well. Living or working in a toxic environment, or being in close relationships with narcissistic individuals, can activate the seed of doubt and bring it to a boiling point. Instead of living a creative and enjoyable life, they are in a constant state of fighting and surviving, even during their sleep.
Siam Reiki therapy works very well for people in this condition, but it’s still not enough. When they are in such a severe state, they should learn Siam Reiki to practice self-healing regularly. They may also need to distance themselves from toxic environments, people, or harmful influences; engage in healthy communities, or interact with individuals who support their well-being. Additionally, combining this with other methods such as psychological counseling or coaching to change mindset is highly beneficial. Just practicing Siam Reiki for about two months can already lead to significant changes.
This case highlights the importance of addressing not only physical health but also mental and emotional well-being. Those in such a state of doubt and fear need a comprehensive approach to healing, including self-care techniques like Siam Reiki and external support.

Reiki Healing Session Story: A Case of Self-Doubt and Emotional Healing
The content of the Reiki session goes as follows:
Before starting the Reiki session, I gently held the client’s hand and asked, with tears in my eyes, “Is there any part of your body that you’d like me to focus on?” She looked at me with teary eyes and said, “Please focus on my heart. I just broke up with my boyfriend, and my heart hurts so badly it feels like physical pain. Hic hic.”
And so began one of my most intense and transformative Reiki sessions.
The Heart of Doubt
Her heart wasn’t just broken; it was filled with a massive mountain of doubt. She doubted everything—life, her family, and most of all, herself. She constantly felt that everyone who approached her had ulterior motives. The only person she trusted was her “ex-boyfriend,” and the result of that trust was a broken heart. Now, she had one close friend she could tentatively trust. When I heard this, I could already foresee her “future.” After my hands left her body, she was unlikely to trust me or anyone else.
Her doubt had spread throughout her chakras. This indicated that the situation was very severe. It’s not uncommon to encounter a chakra blocked by doubt, but when two or more chakras are similarly blocked by the same issue, the problem is more serious.
The “Dreamlike” State and Toxic Surroundings
It didn’t stop there. All her chakras—3rd, 2nd, 1st, knees, and feet—were in a state of confusion. The energy in these areas was incredibly unclear, like someone walking in a desert, thirsty to the point of dizziness, seeing an oasis in the distance but unsure whether it’s real or an illusion. Her state was as if she had everything in her hands but also nothing at all, like being here physically but also not really being present. Everything she saw felt surreal and ungrounded.
I knew her family was very toxic, but I hadn’t fully understood the extent of it. I could sense there was a lot of pretense. I worked as hard as I could to balance the energy in these areas during the Reiki session. But I knew that I couldn’t shift the situation unless she realized how bad her state had become. I kept telling her, firmly, that if she didn’t take immediate action, her life would continue to deteriorate, and it would only get worse. No one can build a good life when their roots are as illusionary and unstable as this. With this mindset, this perspective on life, the universe will keep throwing challenges her way, until the pain is unbearable and she is forced to let go of everything external and focus on healing her inner soul. I didn’t want to see anyone go through that.
The Need for Immediate Action and the Importance of Self-Reflection
This was a case where learning Siam Reiki immediately was necessary. But as soon as my hands left her body, I realized that she was only saying “yes” to me, while her heart had already switched on the skepticism—doubting what I was doing.
Dear, if you happen to read this, I sincerely hope you will return to care for your soul. Only then will you start the journey of healing.
This case shows how deeply self-doubt and unhealed emotional pain can affect one’s life. Reiki healing and techniques like Siam Reiki can help clear blockages, but true healing requires self-reflection and the willingness to change.
