LANGUAGE OF THE SUBCONSCIOUS

Quantum Hypnosis and the Experience of Connecting with the Subconscious Mind: Recognizing the Language of Your Inner Voice

This article is based on my personal experiences and explorations, so it will be updated gradually ^^. Please don’t limit it to the content provided.

I suddenly realized one of the factors that make it difficult for subjects to access information from their subconscious is that the subconscious interacts differently from what the subject usually expects.

Consciousness guides you toward external help and hopes for answers that are as clear as possible, “so that you don’t have to think too much, so it’s quicker, just do it, because that’s the best way.” A typical example of this is the psychological consultation topics related to family matters: “What should I do now?” “Do you think this is reasonable?” “Why have I already done all these things but still nothing works? What am I doing wrong?” And the answers often follow a step-by-step structure like “Step 1, Step 2, …” with varying opinions, but none of those answers may be the perfect fit for the person seeking help.

The same goes for fortune-telling. You ask a specific question and expect a specific answer, like whether things will work out, whether it’s good or bad, whether it’s compatible or not. If the fortune teller gives a vague answer, it can be quite frustrating. Haha.

When you think about a teacher or guide, your mind automatically might go to schools, courses, or organizations—something tangible that you can see and touch.

The subconscious, on the other hand, is like a silent coach from within. It doesn’t speak much but acts as a guiding compass, quietly showing the way.

EXAMPLES OF SUBCONSCIOUS INTERACTION LANGUAGE

  1. Through Words

    • You ask a short, clear question and receive a concise answer in natural words that spontaneously appear in your mind.

  2. Through Images/Scenes

    • You ask a question, and an image forms in your mind, like the most intense scene or the pivotal moment of a movie.

  3. Through Colors

    • For example, you might see a color associated with energy, and you can ask what the meaning of that color is.

  4. Through Physical Sensations

    • For example, you may experience goosebumps, a shiver down your spine, a racing heartbeat, or even physical pain during hypnosis with no external stimuli.

    • If you pay attention to your physical body in your everyday life, you will notice that your physical body never lies. By observing your body’s reactions, you can clearly understand how you truly feel—not just what you THINK you feel.

  5. Through Emotions

    • In a hypnotic state, your emotions will be very vivid and clear, allowing you to better understand what you truly desire.

    • For example, if you ask, “Can I become wealthy?”, the answer might reveal a scene where you don’t have much wealth but are deeply content. This indicates that your subconscious is telling you that what you truly desire is “inner peace.”

    • Alternatively, you may envision a scene where you possess great wealth, but the emotion you experience is the joy of “doing what you love,” which leads to wealth because you pursued your passions. In this case, wealth is not the ultimate goal, but the fulfillment of your passion is.

  6. The Invisible Teacher (Not What You Expect)

    • Forget about expecting a teacher to have a specific gender, appearance, or traits. Also, forget about seeing deceased loved ones. I won’t describe a specific image here to avoid implanting anything into your conscious mind.

    • Let go of all analytical thinking when receiving information. We can discuss it after the hypnosis session.

    • Another approach is, “Ask and the universe will answer.” Instead of allowing logical analysis to interrupt the flow of the subconscious during hypnosis (which can hinder your access to subconscious information), you can simply hold the question in mind, ask your subconscious, and you’ll receive the answer.

    • For example, you might see your spiritual teacher in a form different from what you imagined. Instead of wondering, “Am I seeing this right?” ask your subconscious, “Why does my teacher look this way?” as thinking or analyzing the information will disrupt the subconscious flow.

This article only touches on a small aspect of the advice often given by hypnotists: “Open your mind to receive everything,” which helps the subject understand the language of subconscious interaction. Hypnosis has many aspects that differ from external forms of assistance.

I wish you amazing experiences as you return to your true essence.
