LITTLE DEVIL

An online regression hypnosis session passed through many “realms” or dimensions.

This online regression hypnosis session was done with a subject who wasn’t in Hanoi. It was a fairly long session, but the result was wonderful. I’ve conducted many online sessions for subjects in other countries and different provinces, so don’t worry about the effectiveness of online sessions compared to in-person ones. I couldn’t think of another title for this story, but don’t let that stop you. Keep reading, because this is a truly heartwarming story.

The subject of this hypnosis session is a single woman in her 30s. Her father passed away early, and her mother is currently in poor health, which makes her very afraid of not being able to be with her mother much longer. She always feels the pressure to achieve something, to have some accomplishments that her mother can see and share with her before it’s too late. This desire only adds to her pressure because her work plans have just taken a new turn and will require a lot more time to bear fruit. She also tends to overburden herself, fiercely attacking anyone or anything that makes her mother upset, even resorting to using force with her brother. In moments like these, she says it feels like a demon rises within her.

During the hypnosis session, she first found herself living in a rather gloomy forest. She crossed a stream, and beyond a deep chasm, she entered another, more fertile forest, but she remained in her own area. One day, she realized she was being hunted. She had to run as fast as she could to escape, as something like a mist with eyes was following her, accompanied by eerie laughter trying to catch her, preventing her from being at peace. It seemed this presence had been following her for a long time. So she ran, and kept running, crossing the stream and leaping over the chasm. At this point, the sky became clearer and brighter, and her mood lightened significantly. She had arrived in a completely new place. She ventured deeper into the forest. This area wasn’t too bright or clear, but it wasn’t as gloomy as the forest she had come from. It was here that she finally saw the thing chasing her—the “demon” (as she called it)—which didn’t want to kill her but only wanted to chase and tease her, as if it wanted her to play along in this chase, rather than actually capture her. It could have crossed over to this side of the forest, but it didn’t.

In the new part of the forest, the deeper you went, the brighter the surroundings became. The sky was bluer, the sun brighter, and there was life flourishing with many flowers, plants, birds, butterflies, squirrels, and rabbits. They played joyfully, without fear. The blue bird you saw at the beginning used its song to guide you here. You stayed and built a small house made of wood beside the cliff. You felt that if you invited the demon that had chased you earlier to visit, it would likely enjoy being there too. Suddenly, you saw it like a friend, and you felt you could tame it.

Then, one day, you decided to leave everything behind. You left your house, said goodbye to the rabbits and squirrels, and continued your journey deeper into the forest, which felt like a psychological journey. The blue bird accompanied you, always singing joyfully. This time, you were well-prepared with shoes, a backpack, water, and food for the bird. You didn’t know what lay ahead, but you knew there was something to explore. It wasn’t a journey to escape anything or anyone, not to save anyone—it was a journey for yourself. As you continued, you reached a dark part of the forest with a few pairs of yellow eyes watching you curiously. Without fear, you walked toward them and made acquaintance with them. They were also small demons, like the one from the first forest, and they seemed to fear you more than you feared them. One of them came forward, wanting to talk to you. It had no form, just a swirling mass of black and yellow mist. It reminded you not to get too close. Then, you saw a larger demon, red in color, with a fierce gaze that felt strangely familiar. Behind the red demon, something seemed trapped in a trap, crying out. You realized the trapped entity was your mother, and it felt very familiar, like it was your family. It had cared for you when you were a small child, even though it wasn’t human and you were.

Then you remembered that this demon had killed your biological parents, and since you were still a child, it took you in and raised you. You didn’t feel hatred or fear toward it, but neither did you feel happiness. You felt that you were led to this place to rescue the demon mother from a greater force. The greater force was the red demon, with horns and a more menacing appearance, but you didn’t feel fear toward it. You even saw it as a father, a family member. At that moment, you realized that these two demons were husband and wife, and they had taken care of you after your biological parents died. The demon mother had killed your parents unintentionally, like trying to help, but with such overwhelming energy that she didn’t know how to control it and ended up causing harm. Afterward, the two demons regretted their actions and decided to raise you in their own way, as demons. But at a certain point, the demon father decided that you had to leave because you needed to mature as a human, as you were meant to belong to the human race. That moment was a crucial turning point in your life—you had to become human and couldn’t grow up as a demon. But because the demon mother was so attached and didn’t want to part from you, the demon father decided to separate the two of you, trapping the demon mother and ordering someone to leave you in the initial forest.

Reflecting on this, you felt that you had matured a great deal and wanted the demon father to release the demon mother, but he insisted it wasn’t the right time yet. He told you that you must continue your journey, and when you had truly matured, the demon mother would be released. At this point, you realized that all the small demons you had encountered since the beginning of the session, even the first demon that chased you, were actually guiding you back to this place because you had forgotten and had no intention of returning. So, in fact, no one was ever trying to harm you.

The next journey was completely different from what both you and I expected. You returned to find the demons and went along with them, and then you transitioned to another life, like in ancient Egypt, where you were a female slave serving in the royal palace. Although you were a servant, you were treated well, but there was someone who disliked you. In this space, your demon friends no longer manifested clearly. Then one day, you were falsely accused by the person who disliked you, and you were beheaded in unjust circumstances while still very young. You saw your soul rise high, observing everything like watching a film, and you no longer felt any resentment. Later, you found yourself returning to the forest where the demon mother was imprisoned, but this time, you were no longer in human form. You were like a thin mist, similar to the demons, but with a brighter color. At this point, you felt that you didn’t need to go anywhere else anymore, as you had completed your task and adapted to the life of the demons. You could reunite with your demon parents. In this form, the demon mother’s energy couldn’t accidentally harm you, so she would be freed. Moreover, you could now fly and go anywhere you wished, returning to any place you wanted. Both your demon parents were very happy, as if the long-awaited reunion had finally come.

It was at this moment that you saw the souls of your biological parents from that life, and they looked exactly like your current parents. It was as if they had always been watching over you, and only at that point did they find peace to ascend. Everyone was in tears, deeply moved. You bid them farewell one last time, telling them that you had transformed and adapted, so you would be safe, and they no longer needed to worry. They ascended to the sky. The demons came closer, patting your shoulder and comforting you. Suddenly, you felt a great emptiness because your biological parents had left. You wanted to go with them, but you also wanted to stay with the demons and didn’t know how to fill the emptiness. So I told you, “Go up with them and see.” ^^

And you did. You flew up with them, and when you arrived, your form transformed to fit in there. You had golden light surrounding you, like a halo, and life there was peaceful, like heaven. When you returned to the demons below, you could also transform to live with them. At this point, you realized you could move and live in both worlds easily, and you loved both places. Neither space made you feel tainted or evil. The demon realm, though it had a fierce appearance, didn’t harm anyone. You felt joy in being the child of both sides, where both families, both homes, were in harmony.

This entire story answers many of your current questions, and I’ll summarize it as follows: 1. You feel there’s a demon inside you; normally, it’s gentle, but when pushed to the extreme, it reacts like a demon. 2. Your parents have returned in this life to continue being your parents and remind you of the experiences you’ve had, continuing your lessons about love and responsibility toward others. One thing that still lingers in your mind is your worry about your mother’s current health, that she could leave you at any moment. I explained to you that it’s similar to the life of the slave girl who was wrongfully executed. Her family may mourn her departure too soon, but only she, after leaving that life, realized it was the final step she needed to go through in order to reunite with her true family. We mourn for loved ones who leave us too soon, but in reality, that’s just a step in their journey, and what awaits them ahead is not sorrow.

This is the hypnosis session with the most demons I’ve ever had, from small demons to large ones, but all of them were lovable and did exactly what they were meant to do. It’s also a session that traveled through many tangible and intangible worlds, making everything feel incredibly close and real. I share this story with those who are grieving the loss of loved ones, those who worry about souls being trapped in a place called hell, and those who have many fears—like being chased and running in terror. Everyone has their own journey and moments. No matter how unstable you feel right now, it’s just a point along the entire journey. There are many things you worry and fear, but they’re just illusions—just like these demons—they’re still our loved ones in a bigger family, each playing different roles to guide us on the right path we need to follow.
