Every in-person or distant Reiki session is a unique story, and the therapist’s consultation afterward is strictly tailored to that specific client. The effects of Reiki occur immediately during the session and can last for many days or weeks afterward. The effectiveness of the Reiki session is also enhanced when the client correctly follows the recommendations of the Reiki Master. Besides general techniques/exercises applicable to everyone, Reiki is truly a highly “personalized” discipline, varying widely based on the client’s condition, the cause of their chakra blockages, and their imbalances.
To understand why Reiki has such a high degree of personalization, and to realize that information shared on the Internet about Reiki or energy healing is often very general and not entirely accurate, you will need to learn Reiki, practice Reiki authentically, gain your own experiences, and form your own beliefs. This article only provides a few real-life cases for your reference.
CLIENT 01: In-person Reiki session. Blockages in Chakras 3, 2, 1.
The client came for therapy perhaps out of curiosity, or through a friend’s recommendation, as she had many thoughts and worries. But the treatment results were very interesting: The area around her head was not that heavy; in fact, energy flowed in easily and gently. But moving gradually down to Chakras 3, 2, 1 and the legs, the energy indicated that the client was extremely weak in both spirit/will and physical health. This weakness seemed to have existed for a very long time, since childhood, and was not something caused by a major event or illness. The spiritual weakness was so severe that she couldn’t speak loudly, couldn’t make decisions for herself; she simply sat wherever she was placed. The physical weakness could be understood as being so frail that she “couldn’t tie up a chicken,” unable even to hold the string to do so.
Solution: Learn Siam Reiki to self-treat and receive lots of encouragement from loved ones. Reiki is a very effective and gentle method for uplifting the spirit and health of someone who is weak.
CLIENT 02: In-person Reiki session. Blockages in Chakras 3, 2, 1.
The client also had severe blockages in Chakras 3, 2, 1, the legs, and blockages in the upper chakras related to mind and emotions. They were depressed, and this state, having lasted for many years, had physically exhausted them. Chakra 3 showed they absorbed a lot of theory and knowledge (reading a lot), but there were two concerning points: 1. They were in a negative state; they absorbed a lot but consistently chose negative things for themselves. The closest description would be someone who only has the energy left to lie down and scroll through their phone after work but focuses on sensational stories and “how to prevent this from happening to me.” They could spend days and months scrolling because they liked absorbing information that way and lacked the energy to do anything else. 2. They only absorbed information one-directionally (inward) with no outward flow; simply put, they knew a lot of theory but had no practice, no sharing or spreading, no turning what they knew into their own reality, and no re-creation. This further deepened their blockage because they had a self-worth blockage. And self-worth cannot be built solely through one-way absorption of knowledge, but must come from practice to “know clearly what one can do for oneself and for others.” Although they wanted to lift their spirits and reduce negative thoughts, their efforts were negligible because their physical body was exhausted, lacking the strength to even try. This physical exhaustion was not due to a serious illness but came from a very poor mental state over a long period.
Solution: In this case, the highest priority is to significantly increase physical strength to have enough energy to care for and revitalize their spirit, but their current strength is not even enough for walking or practicing yoga. They need to avoid meditation or be very selective, otherwise, their mind will become more chaotic. They need to reduce the absorption of knowledge and increase practice and re-creation. However, in their current state, re-creation is extremely difficult because their mental and physical condition makes it hard to overcome habitual inertia. The easiest and fastest way to recover is to learn Siam Reiki Level 1. By diligently practicing Reiki on themselves and others continuously for 3 months, I am confident they will see a significant change. If they persevere for 6 months, I believe they will recover from what might have taken years of struggling in this condition.

CLIENT 03: Distant Reiki session. Blockages in Chakras 2, 1.
In the aura reading for this client, I saw their Chakra 2 was under-activated. In Chakra 1, the energy state resembled a leafless eucalyptus tree—meaning their vitality was somehow restricted. Afterward, during the Reiki session, the result was clearer. The entire Chakras 2, 1, and the legs were blocked. The entire leg area was the weakest part of the body. Imagine inside that eucalyptus tree was a pump drawing nutrients from the earth; it would pump for one beat and then have to rest for two beats, and while resting for two beats, the nutrients it just pulled up would drop back down a few inches. I had to keep my hands on that area for a very long time for the leg area to connect to Chakra 1. Chakra 2 was under-activated, appearing to be that way since birth rather than due to incorrect spiritual practices or an incident.
Solution: This client needs many combined physical activities. If they can learn Reiki and practice it on themselves, that’s excellent. Otherwise, they must actively care for the physical body from Chakras 2, 1 down to the feet through Yoga exercises or body movements that target the hips, pelvis, and legs; getting massages focused on these areas; and spending time walking barefoot on the earth.
CLIENT 04: Distant Reiki session. Blockages in Chakras 2, 1.
I performed two remote Reiki sessions for this client. The results of both sessions showed that Chakra 1 was blocked because she easily became angry at a level like Zhang Fei’s (a notoriously short-tempered general in Chinese history) and was very stubborn and headstrong.
In the second Reiki session, the story was very interesting. In Chakra 2, the energy showed they were “so hurried to chase flowers and catch butterflies that their feet didn’t touch the ground, because if they didn’t hurry, the flowers and butterflies would fly away”—meaning that when something interests the client, they can rush to “chase that interest” to the point of being thoughtless, impractical, and unstable. When a slight obstacle appears, they quickly lose motivation, and when money is involved, they can easily incur losses due to a lack of caution. For Chakra 1, the state was like a pump sucking in nutrients/resources; although the pump’s capacity was very large, the suction pipe was also very large, and the resource source below was large, very little was sucked up because the entry/exit hole was tiny. In this case, this hole is a filter—the client’s judgment and differentiation cause her to only receive very little of value from the outside—she self-limits external support. At the same time, she is very stubborn, so it’s not easy for her to take others’ advice because sometimes “she hates the sight of them, so why would she sit still and listen to what they have to say.”
Solution: Although the blockage is still in Chakras 2, 1, the solution in this case is not physical intervention, grounding, etc. What she needs to do is: 1. Reduce judgment toward others. Slow down communication to listen, understand each other, and filter out what is necessary for herself, instead of assuming everything they do, say, or advise is worthless just because she dislikes them or their attitude. 2. Slow down when pursuing things she is interested in or passionate about. Sometimes she needs someone to slow her down, and she should use logical, quantitative analysis to better consider options. Often there are many ways to achieve a dream; following habits impulsively may lead to more hardship and disadvantage.

CLIENT 05: Distant Reiki session. Blockage in Chakras 3, 1.
This client had a blockage in Chakra 3 with the fear of “not being able to do it”—meaning he was afraid of losing even before starting. Chakra 1 also had a mental blockage regarding life in general, similar to a very large tree whose roots barely cling to the surface because of a lack of connection to his ancestors. He was reminded by his council of ancestors (grandparents who had passed on) to research his ancestry—to know what a magnificent family he was born into, and to believe that he is capable of achieving great and worthy things. This case was not about physical or mental weakness or poor health; it was simply about a person who had forgotten their true power.
He was the one who chose to go to the gym and diligently eat red meat to clear his Chakra 1 blockage ^^.
Solution: Very simple: Research his ancestors and grandparents. They do not need to be remembered; they appeared for his sake.
CONCLUSION: In the examples above, all clients had a Chakra 1 blockage, but the story of each person was completely different in relation to other chakras, which is why the solution for each person is different.
