This is a very interesting past-life regression session in the way the message unfolded.
I had thought a lot about which healing hypnosis session to write about to end the Year of the Ox—the year of remarkable transformation in my consciousness. And in the end, I chose this topic.
She came to me, and there wasn’t really anything to heal. The simple reason was that her husband came to see me first and persuaded her to meet with me. He said that perhaps because she was born into hardship and poverty, she now always thinks about money. He was afraid that she had become too focused on money and was forgetting the important things in life.
I was curious, as this was my first time working with a couple. I was very eager to learn each person’s story and whether she saw the things her husband saw. On the surface, it seemed simple because it didn’t appear that she had anything to “heal,” but the journey to reach that simplicity was far from simple. I had to meet with her three times over the course of two or three months.
The first time, she was quite nervous. She entered the state and almost only saw two scenes. The first was a family of indigenous people living in a hut on a mountain. The second was a young man in a white robe from the Qing Dynasty, elegant in demeanor, standing among his brothers during a family meeting with a father who might have been an emperor. She laughed and said, “Oh no, maybe it’s because I’ve watched so many historical dramas, that’s why I’m seeing these scenes.” Everything was still, nothing moved, and we couldn’t proceed any further.
The second time, she was more at ease. Strange. We once again saw the same indigenous family and the young man from the Qing Dynasty. She realized that the indigenous family consisted of a husband, wife, and their two children—a grown daughter and a young son. She was the daughter. They lived in a hut on the mountain, with no herd or tribe, and their daily work was simply to survive through manual labor. As for the young man, the “prince” of the royal family, he spent his time wandering, admiring flowers, and enjoying tea—his life was very refined. We couldn’t proceed to learn more about the lives of the indigenous girl and the young prince, nor why she kept seeing them.
The third time, I thought there wouldn’t be a third meeting, but she whispered that she still wanted to try. So we met again. To my surprise, it was the same indigenous family and the young prince again. With the indigenous family, the girl lived a life of hard labor to survive, with no friends, no husband, and no children. When her parents passed away, only she and her younger brother remained, depending on each other. When she grew old and died, she told her brother to move to another place, to find somewhere with people, because living here alone had been enough. She laughed and said, “This life is boring, there’s nothing special, I didn’t do anything. But why does this girl seem so carefree and happy, without any attachment to worldly affairs? Oh, but in such a desolate place, with nothing, what could she possibly be attached to? There’s nothing to cling to even if she wanted to. Hahahaha.”
And then, the story of the young prince, the son of the king. She saw his life pass by smoothly in front of her eyes. He just leisurely admired the flowers and drank tea. She even saw a power struggle unfolding. It seemed that among the princes, some wanted to seize power and caused chaos. The king found out and judged and punished the rebels. But the prince stood outside of it all. He was calm, enjoying life, unaffected by it all. His spirit… was exactly like that of the indigenous girl.
Then, she suddenly sat up, laughing joyfully. “Aaaaaaa, I understand now! The girl in the desolate place had nothing, so it was obvious she had nothing to be attached to. And this young prince, surrounded by wealth, power, and fame, is unaffected by it. He lives a peaceful life because his heart is not troubled by these things. It turns out that if the heart is not burdened, it doesn’t matter whether you have money or not. Money is just a tool in life…”
I humbly bow to the inner teacher within her. Truly, if she hadn’t been shown these two contrasting scenes, with the same mindset, it would have been hard for her to understand. Hahaha.
As the year comes to a close, I send this post to those who often “blame their circumstances”—saying, “Because of my circumstances, my heart had to be this way,” or “Because of how others treat me, that’s why I am the way I am…” ^^
Karmic forces will carry us away if we always see ourselves as victims of our circumstances. But when we become steadfast from within and allow our hearts to “create the scene we want,” we can break free from old karmic patterns. The moment we realize this and choose a different mindset, the scene immediately changes.
I wish for all of us to stand firm and soft-hearted, close the chapter of being “victims of circumstances,” and transform our hearts to transform the lives we live.
With much light and love!
