TALKING TO GHOSTS

First of all, I want to be honest that I don’t have the ability to see spirits or negative energy; and I don’t want that ability. Just imagining the idea of being in the middle of enjoying some time in the bathroom and suddenly realizing someone’s been staring at me the whole time would be so awkward, haha =)))))

In my work, I’ve met a number of people who are quite “tough-skinned” – those who have lived in homes filled with negative energy, experienced disturbances with furniture moving around, and heard strange noises in the dead of night, yet they still sleep soundly and are doing quite well in life. This article is not for them, nor for those who want to ask “What’s the topic of tomorrow’s exam?” or “What should I bet on to win?” ^^

This article is for those of you who get scared easily, who love watching horror movies, but then find yourselves too scared to go to the bathroom afterward, worrying about hands reaching out from below, or lying in bed afraid of something coming from under it. You might see shadows and imagine the worst things, eventually avoiding being alone at home or sleeping with the lights off. Here are a few tips on how to talk to this “IMAGINARY GHOST” in your mind:

  1. If you “see” them in a scary form (Poor things, because movies and novels mostly depict them like that), tell them, “I don’t know what I can do for you or if I can talk to you, but I need you to appear in another form. Choose a form that even you would like to look like.” There you go, in order to have a comfortable conversation, everyone should first feel confident about their appearance. If you’re not feeling confident about yours, just suggest another time. For example, “Sorry, I haven’t washed my hair or bathed today, I’m a bit messy ^^.” After that, what happens next, whether you talk or do something, is up to you.

  2. Tease a little bit.
Even gods need to laugh, so you should laugh too. Normally, how do you tease others, especially your family, kids, or pets? Do you make funny faces or stick out your tongue and say “boo”? Do exactly the same thing!

  3. Be curious. Ask questions and explore, just like you would when meeting a foreigner.

  • How do you eat over there? Do you cook like at home, or do you eat out at restaurants?

  • After eating, do you need to burp? Where do you burp? And after burping, where does it go? =)))

  • Do you need to take a bath? How do you bathe?

  • Do you grow up? Wait, why do you eat so much but don’t seem to grow???

Every time you meet, ask a few questions. Oh my, there are so many things to ask when you’re so curious ^^

That’s it! I wish you a fun conversation and stronger mutual friendship! ^^
